We replace the traditional insurance-driven primary care model with a flat monthly fee, delivering immediate access to care without co-pays, deductibles, or surprise bills.

Use of Funds: Renovation of leased facility, purchase of MRI & X-Ray systems, pre-opening hiring, and IT infrastructure (Opening Jan 2027).

Initiate official funding rounds to secure capital for facility build-out and operations.
Q2Funding Complete & Site Selection
Close funding rounds. Begin hiring key leadership team and scout prime locations in or near Beachwood.
Q3Business On-boarding
Engage local businesses for partnership on-boarding and secure employer pre-commitments.
Q4Renovation & Diagnostics
Finalize facility renovation and prepare for opening. Install MRI and X-Ray units—which will be free to use with included membership.
Q1Soft Launch
Small official opening with a limited initial member cohort to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Q2–Q4Scaling to Capacity
Quarter-over-quarter growth, accepting new members until maximum capacity is reached. Fully operational.
