Frequently Asked Questions
Can I refund my credits?
Investments are final contributions to help build the facility. Credits are transferable to friends or family if you move or choose not to join, but they are non-refundable cash contributions.
Is there an expiration date?
No. Your credits never expire. They will remain on your account until used for membership services.
Can I use credits for copays?
Family Access Medical does not have copays! Your membership covers unlimited access. Credits are applied specifically to your monthly or annual membership dues.
